How it works
You invoice your customer as normal and upload the invoice to the lender. The lender advances an agreed percentage of the invoice value, commonly somewhere between 70 and 90 percent, within a day or two. When your customer pays, the lender releases the remaining balance to you less its fees. You can finance a single invoice or your whole ledger depending on the facility.

What is the advance percentage?+
The share of each invoice the lender pays you upfront. It varies by lender, industry and the quality of your customers, and the remainder is paid to you once the invoice is settled, less the lender's fees.
Will my customers know?+
That depends on the facility. Disclosed facilities ask your customers to pay the lender. Confidential facilities keep the arrangement between you and the lender. We'll tell you which lenders offer which and what suits your relationships.
Does my credit history matter?+
Less than for other products. Invoice lenders focus on the creditworthiness of your customers and the quality of your invoices. Your own history still matters, but strong debtors can offset a weaker personal file.
What fees are involved?+
Usually a percentage fee on each invoice financed, sometimes with a facility or service fee on top. The longer the invoice takes to be paid, the higher the cost. We show you the total cost in writing before you commit.
Can I finance just one invoice?+
Yes. Selective or single invoice facilities exist for businesses that only need funding occasionally. Whole of ledger facilities suit businesses that want ongoing funding across all their receivables.
